SAVOR TASTES OF THE OCEAN

KITCHEN presents Tastes of the Ocean buffet. The highlight of the buffet, Hokkaido scallops, with its delicate sweet flavors is curated into 8 delicious dishes by the skilful culinary team, combining Western and Chinese diversified cooking skills to craft delectable dishes. Dishes range from fresh sashimi, refreshing appetisers, to savory barbecued delights and hearty hot dishes.

KITCHEN will continue to provide the Grilled seafood combination, which includes fresh lobster, scallops, mussels and geoduck, the aroma and presentation of the grilled seafood is appetizing for the palate and a sight for the eyes. Seafood lovers should not miss the chilled seafood platter, with abundant fresh lobster, lobster claws, Japanese red crab legs, cooked shrimps, mussels and sea whelk, plus the freshly shucked oysters and oyster shooters during Sunday brunch, adding a touch of freshness for the taste buds.
