BERRY MERRY SHINY SHIMMERY
AFTERNOON TEA SET

Tis’ the season to be berry-merry. Rejoice in the season with special ‘Berry Merry Shiny Shimmery’ afternoon tea set with items made especially with seasonal berries and lots of glitter to sweeten up this holiday season, available from November 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

Director of Culinary Robert Nilsson has specially used a variety of premium ingredients to create savory treats with a special festive touch. The highlighted item would be Foie gras with strawberry chutney & pistachio crumbs, the smooth and rich taste of foie gras is complemented with a mix of strawberry chutney and fresh strawberries, adding a refreshing flavors to this treat. Other savory items include: Strawberry and basil salad with goat cheese cream and grenadine syrup vinaigrette, Pulled turkey salad on French herb toast, with cranberry jam and fresh red currants, and Serrano ham and figs roll with crispy spaghetti.

How can afternoon tea be complete without sweet indulgences? Executive Pastry Chef Baptiste Villefranque has created a series of sweet items with succulent berries and shiny elements. The highlight item would be the Milk Chocolate Mousse, popping candies, with a variety of textures and flavors. The attractive silver sphere gives a shimmery shiny appearance. One bite into the treat and you could taste the silky milk chocolate mousse, ending with a fun fizzing of popping candies in the mouth. Other berry-delicious sweet items include: Raspberry Mousse and Pistachio Cube (Gluten Free), Vanilla and Strawberry mille feuille, Vanilla and Red berries Panna Cotta, Champagne Dark Chocolate Ganache and Silver dark Macaroons with Coffee filling.
